Blurry pictures

My friend changed her settings to speed up her computer. When she did, she
changed something that made her pictures blurry. She didn't mind at the time
but now she has her daughter's wedding pictures and she'd like to see them
clearly. Now she can't remember what it was that she changed. Can anyone help
me with this? Thanks

go into safe mode
and see if the
problem is there also...

Right click on the desktop background. A dropdown menu should display. The
third entry should say something like Nvidia Display. (Or Display)
Left clich on it or the extend box from it. A new menu should show up. Mine
has screen resolutions and refresh rates as an available selection. Select
it.
Color quality (or whatever, such a depth) should be set to highest(32 bit).
