blurry icons

The smal icons next to the clock are looking weird, like
as if they have been strecthed or something. Noticed it
after messing around with some oher stuff (getting rid of
spyware, cookies and such)... I use 1024x768 as screen
resulution, they look ok in higer. Also under the clock
time there now says what day it is (friday), hasn't done
that before.
No biggie, mostly just annoying, but some help/tips on
how to restore them to normal would be very nice...

Thanx! That page gave me some ideas on things to try
first. The problem was very easy to solve, even a litle
embarasing. Had to do with the "Themes", I had it on
modified and only had to change it back to windows XP.
