Blurred images on IE

My video card isn't corrupted because desktop, programs
and all other things look perfectly fine. But images on
the internet look blurred, and when I save an image and
open it with Photoshop, it is blurred. Does anybody know
what could possibly be wrong?

Hi Jen

Try the following and see if they help.

Update Video Driver

Right click on the My Computer icon on your desktop.
Click on Device Manager
Find Display Monitor and click on the + next to it
Double click on the file listed

Here you will find the information on your video driver. Then go to the
website for mfg. of the video driver and look for the update to download and
install.

Try reducing hardware acceleration at control panel, display, settings,
advanced, performance
