Does/how-much does XP Home SP1 support Bluetooth?
Should I wait for SP2? Do I need to load a 'full
Bluetooth stack' that comes with another product?

I'm trying to install a USB/Bluetooth adapter (into a USB
socket on my home PC) to give my PC a Bluetooth
capability. Its the 'BlueOpal' product from Smart Modular
Technologies.'

I'm asking questions 'cos at my first attempt to install
BlueOpal (using the version of their driver etc on their
CD), my PC ran appallingly slowly after the install
completed - 100% CPU load, and all virtual mem used up.
So, I had to Restore.

SMT's website has updated software - but lots of it, so
much that it seems odd to me that XP Home doesn't already
have all the Bluetooth drivers already - or does it?
Hence my opening questions ....

Can anyone help me and make clear the situation generally.
