Bluetooth Mic not working

I ran the Audio tuning wizard and everything checked out however when I try
to start a voice conversation I get a red 'X' for the mic ....

Any ideas please?

Greetings Michael,

You will see a red x if the volume is not turned up -- have you tried moving the volume
"slider" up a nudge?

Yes, it does not let me change it.

(The BT headset is working because I can use the std recorder with windows)
