Bluetooth folder in control panel

it would appear that my laptop is missing the bluetooth folder in the control
panel, however when i connect any bluetooth device it show on the device
manager as working correctly, ive tried restoring the settings to
manufacturers but with no success, i have SP2 installed..............any
ideas please

This is a known issue, so far MS has not offered a fix that truly works,
however since the bluetooth works, it's not something to be concerned about.
