Bluetooth Dongle Detection Problems

Herro...

I have a BT Dongle plugged in a USB port and I'm having problems with
Windows automatically detecting it. Every time I bootup my computer, I have
to manually take out the dongle and reinsert it.

I've tried using different USB ports and all other devices detect
automatically. The dongle works normally after reinserting it and is a
'ES-388', with no specific brand as such.

Any ideas?
