access broadband on Pocket PC with Bluetooth dongle ??

Can i access the internet on a bluetooth enabled Pocket PC. (WM 2003, Ipaq
2210). I have a Mikomi 100m bluetooth dongle and BlueSoleil software. If it
is possible then how can i do it ?
