Bluetooth Devices Control Panel

I have MS Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2 in my laptop. I
recently acquired a PDA to synchronize with my laptop. My PDA's manual keeps
referring to the "Bluetooth Devices" in Control Panel, yet I do not see any
such thing in my control panel. Is my OS missing this service? Where can I
get a download of this service?

Hello Maurice,

If your laptop has a built in bluetooth wireless adapter, only then you would be able to see the
"bluetooth devices" icon in the control panel. Otherwise you will need to purchase a separate
bluetooth adapter (USB, miniPCI etc) and install it in your laptop. For more information see the
documentation that came with your laptop.
