can i install a bluetooth adapter inside my laptop or do i have to use a toggle adapter like a

What spec is your Laptop & what is the O/S?
You could run a Bluetooth Adaptor via a USB port?

You can buy internal BT adaptors yes

However like feckit says you need to make sure your Laptop is compatible first

Most modern'ish laptops have it built in anyway along with WIFI
Some WIFI cards also have BT built onto them aswell
