Blue text used for pc files name???

I was just browsing my pc's hard drive when all of a sudden I went into my Received Files folder and the names of the files had all changed to blue text. This is also apparent in my windows folder, and other various folders. I was wondering does anybody know what this blue text means?
 
Blue file names are compressed files.

Duh is right on track. Advanced Properties of that folder were changed to compressed, and name is therefore BLUE !
