Blue Screens and Reboots too frequently...

Hi,
I have been troubleshooting blue screens and have managed with some help to get rid of 2 of the 3 types I have seen. I am not blocked in trying to find how best to identify what is causing the error (from event log) Error code 1000007f, parameter1 00000008, parameter2 f7b01d70, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.

Has anyone ever seen this and be able to advise me what device driver or other element could be causing this?
