blue screen

Ever time I turn on my computer it always turn to a blue screen it never boot up .In other words it shut down it self to protect my files but I can't bring it back up ,do anybody know how to fix this problem or do I need to reinstall windows xp or not?
 
it's not windows...prob a hardware or driver prob...take that box back to
where you got it...
