blue screen

installed new lanparty NFII ULTRA along with 512mb ultra
ddr400 dual channel, ati radeon ve card,athlon XP 2500
Barton. boot system and i get a blue screen telling me
that windows is shutting down to protect system.Theck

i checked all connections, bios, all is properly
installed.
Help???
