Blue Screen

Ok I have a couple of issues.

1. when i try to log into under an account other than my admin account i get
the blue screen with a error ( Driver IRQL_not_more or_less) and at the end
is has something about LGDKMD32.SYS error. With adderesses 899FCAD4 ,
899D5000 . There is more said but the screen is only up for a second and I
can't glean much more than that without knowing what to look for.

2. I saw somewhere that Driver IRQL had something to do with the network
card so I tried to uninstall and reinstall it to fix the other problem. Now
that I have reinstalled the drivers (and it says they were installed
successfully) it still isn't recognizing the card.

If it helps I am running a Laptop Acer Celeron 1.7, Intel GMA x3100, 1 gig
ram, Vista Home.

Any help with this will be much appriciated.

Oh yeah,

acer didn't include a copy of vista on dvd with the machine, so i have no
way of repairing the OS as far as I know. Is that anyway I can get a Disk
from windows or something?
