Blue Screen

The following message appeared while I was trying to start up my computer
STOP:c0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The registry cannot load the hive (file)
\SystemRoot\System32\Config\SOFTWARE
or its log is alt, it is corrupt, absent or not writable
Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete
I have tried to log on using Safe Mode, Last known etc...nothing
works..Please help
