Blue screen with lsass.exe then blank blue screen

Romo

Application failed for lsass.exe. When I clicked OK, I
get a blank blue screen. Rebooted and same message when
XP tries to boot with same results.

Assistance needed ASAP!!!

LSASS.EXE is a System Critical service.
Use Last Known Good Configuration from the Boot Options
menu by pressing F8 eary in bootup.
If you can't recover you must perform a repair operation
from the Windows XP installation disc.
Yeah, there is a lot of info on the web about lsass failures, but the
bottom line is you're probably going to have to reinstall.
