Dear all,

I got a (small scale network) windows 2000 domain with
one DC running DNS, WINS, Terminal (ADMIN mode).
Also it has IMAIL and NAV Corp.V.7 installed.

Recently, every time i try to connect by a terminal
client, it gives me a blue screen!
I checked and it's not the one on the symantec site...
I also recorded the error.

stop: c000021a (faital system error)
The session manager system process terminated
unexpectedly
with the status of 0xc0000005 (0x7c4f16b4 0x002df810)
the system has been shut down.

Please help ASAP.

Have a look at the MSDN Bug Check Codes for this error at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-
us/ddtools/hh/ddtools/bccodes_45uv.asp

<quote>
Because bug check 0xC000021A occurs in a user-mode process, the most common
culprits are third-party applications. If the error occurred after the
installation of a new or updated device driver, system service, or third-
party application, the new software should be removed or disabled.

If you haven't installed any new applications lately, I would have a very
hard look at my printer drivers.
