Blue screen of death

Weavy

I recently built a system with MSI motherboard with AMD quad core proccessor
with 4 gigs of ram and an xfx nvidia vidio card with an 8400 gpu. I
installed vista home premium 64 bit on one hard drive and windows xp pro 32
bit on the other.....when I boot to vista, I occasionally get a blue screen
with the following message

a clock interupt on secondary proccessor failed to initialize in allotted
time interval.

but it runns fine in windows xp

any solutions

Part of increasing Windows stability over time is adding further checks for
hardware (and software) issues. This particular check is new to Vista. XP
just isn't noticing the bad behavior, and you're potentially going to end up
with random problems there. Vista is a lot better about preventing random
problems.

This is hardware issue, as noted in the bugcheck, and should be treated as
such. =\
