What is the Stop error? There's a number and a name associated with it and
shown to you.

Windows has nothing to do with the CMOS setup. You press a key as the
system starts, before Windows loads, to get into this area. Watch the
screen, and you should see the key specified - usually DEL, F2 or F10.

Note that with many systems you can only get into the CMOS setup from a
power-on restart, not from a restart.

What is that specific Stop error? The next time your PC crashes,
you'll be left with a blue screen full of memory addresses and other
seeming gibberish. The top 2 or 3 lines of this screen will contain
information that can help solve your problem. Carefully write down
these lines and post the exact text back here. Hopefully, one of us
will be able to provide some insight.

or even
get into cmos to change directorys.....

One can't get into the CMOS at all, as it's a very small, solid state,
semi-conductor chip soldered to the computer's motherboard that contains
the BIOS. Not that whatever is causing the BSOD could prevent one's
getting into BIOS (it's entered long before the OS starts to load,
resulting in the BSOD), there's still absolutely no way to "change
directories" in BIOS. You'd have no access to the hard drive contents
from within BIOS.

..... so I can reload windows. Need big Help!!!

You probably don't need to re-install Windows at all. What you need to
do is find and repair the source of the error or malfunction that's
causing the BSOD.

That's possible.

or even get into cmos

But that's not possible. Getting into the BIOS setup screens has nothing to
do with Windows or Windows errors. In fact you have to get in before Windows
starts to load.

to change directorys

Change directories? You can't change directories in the BIOS setup. Excatly
what do you want to do there?
