Blue Screen of Death

Hello,

My OS is Windows 2000. When machine is just idle often I
get "the blue screen of death." I am unsure has to what to
do. I have included the error message below to for some
directions.

Error message:

Physical dump
address BE4657AC base, at BE460000, DATE STAMP 3ECD5361
MRX SMB.SYS
