Blue screen of death

Left unattended and performing no task my system went into
a modified blue screen of death with this message

Start message:

Address EBB59884 base at EBB58000, dates stamp 39111366-
1ne100v4.sys

Begin Dump of physical memory

end message

On subsequent re-boots, it looks like a normal start up
but nothing really works and it quickly displays
start message:

Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

beginning dump of physical memory

end of message

I'm clueless as to what to try.

I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME THIS MORNING!!!

WHAT IS THIS?
 
sounds like you network driver is crashing the system, try removing the network card and rebooting the system or do a second install of the os into a seperate directory boot from the new copy and replace the 1ne100v4.sys file from the new install.

Replaced the driver, checked mail..good...started
browser..BAM! beginning dump of physical memory (blue
screen)
