blue screen of death error code?

right ive been having a lot of problems with my daughters laptop ive formated
2 hard drives and keep getting the blue screen of death.this morning this was
the code i got

Tech Information :

can anyone help me please as i dont know what this means?

SISNICXP.SYS is the driver for your Ethernet Card.
