Blue Screen error

I receive a blue screen error when I open Windows email. I can open Windows
email in safe mode and review my emails. Any ideas?

Do you get an error message on the blue screen? If so, show us the
entire error message.

Also, what if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them
cause assorted problems in Windows Mail, although seldom
immediately.
