blue screen/error message

occasionally while using internet my windows xp crashes
with blue screen and error message concerning file;
1tmdmxp.sys
it asks if everything is installed properly and says to
reboot
after reboot says the system has recovered from serious
problem
i have done sys restore several times but still have
problem
