Blue Screen Dump Memory

Every night after being on the net for a few hours, my computer goes to a
blue screen and starts dumping physical memory The error code is
PFN_list_corrupt, and the Stop mesg is 0X0000004E. I have researched this
but don't know how to fix it. Am I in danger of losing my stuff?
