Help please my computer keeps crashing, i have not installed/removed any
software or hardware, ive been told that i will need to re-install windows, i
cant do this myself and will have to pay to have it done and i am being
quoted £40.00 per day and not sure how many days it will take, is there any
other way i can fix the problem, ive copied the message exactly as it appears
(constantly!!)

software. Disable BIOS memory options such as cashing or shadowing. If you
need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer
press F8 to select advanced start-up options and then select safe mode
