cant do this myself and will have to pay to have it done and i am being

other way i can fix the problem, ive copied the message exactly as it appears

A problem has been detected and windows has been hut down to prevent damage
to your computer

DRIVER - IRQL - NOT - LESS - OR - EQUAL

If this is the first time you have seen this error screen restart your
computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps

Check to make sure any hardware or software is properly installed, If this
is a new installation ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any
windows updates you might need

If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or
software. Disable BIOS memory options such as cashing or shadowing. If you
need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer
press F8 to select advanced start-up options and then select safe mode

Thanks for this Will, however i dont have a logitec mouse so i dont think
thats the problem, in your opinion do you think i will have to have windows
re-installed, im just a bit worried that its a last expensive resort and as
im not technical enough to know if what im being told is right
