Blue Screen constantly, right after installation

I recently installed Vista on a computer other than this one, and from the
finish of inistallation, it goes to the blue screen and restarts every single
time. I tried repairing but it says that it cannot repair the computer
automatically. I would either A) Like to fix it, or B) Forget it an get XP
back on there. Can someone help me?

Was the installation a clean install or upgrade install?
What was the OS Before install / Which version Vista
