Blue screen after installing SP4 -

I have been getting regular blue screens for the past two weeks. It started
happening immediately after installing SP4 in Windows 2000 professional. It
blue screens and then immediately reboots as though a power on, so fast that
I can't see the blue screen message. I looked in the event viewer, and
found the following "save dump" information messages:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e
(0xc0000005, 0xbfe80d16, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000
[v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini072303-02.dmp.

The message is consistantly the same, only the dump file name changes to
correspond to the date/occurance of the dump.

Unfortunately when I installed SP4, I didn't select the ability to uninstall
it - I've had good experience with fixes for quite a while.

Any idea how to repair the problem? Is there something that can be fixed
without doing a repair install of windows 2000?

the only way to go back it to do a repair on w2000. This will put you back
to the sp of the windows 2000 cd.
