I set up 3 partions on my 120 gig hd (appr. 80g,20g,15g)
with drive letters C:(ntfs),P:(ntfs), and D:(fat32).
C: has winXP(clean install)and the usual (my docs, program
files, etc..). P:, named "Programs" has a Program Files
folder that I have the majority of programs on. D: (named
Data) has data files. The P: drive and all of it's
directories are colored blue. Can anyone tell me why it is
a different color and if I did something wrong to make
it "blue". Is this a problem that I should correct. This
is my first crack at partitioning and I did it using XP.
Thank you, joAnn

The blue files/folders are old files/folders that get compressed. They get
that way from running disk cleanup.

Ok, the answer is:
because I allowed compression.
Thanks for the hint "purplehaz".
