Hi,

I just did a "disk cleanup" and a "defrag" to my laptop hard drive in an
attempt to improve performance and speed. I now noticed that some, but not
all of the folder names in Windows Explorer are blue in color. Everything
appears to be in order but I was just wondering about the blue color if that
meant something in particular like it was moved in defrag or something like
that. Part of the disk clean up procedure did mention compressing files that
were not used in a while. Is that what the blue color means? Thank you in
advance.

I think you may have enabled compression on that volume?

The blue shows that some or all of the folder is compressed
