The following occurs frequently when my boss (using a new
Dell laptop running XP Pro) attempts to connect to our
office network.

MS blue screen error: Problem caused by fdsk-wrap.sys
page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

Followed by this message:
Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete

The machine must be rebooted in order to operate further.
Usually you can then connect to the network (Lantastic
8.01) OK. Sometimes you have to repeat this process 2 or 3
times.

Any suggestions? This is the only machine in the office
that we have this problem with - several other laptops run
XP Pro, none have this issue.

Thank you very much for any help you can give.
If you need any additional info, or if anything in is
notice isn't clear - please e-mail me at:
