How do I block my child from sites?

You can add sites to the restricted sites list by clicking the tools menu,
selecting internet options, click on the security tab and then the restricted
sites icon followed by the sites button, although this can be very long
winded way of doing it because you have to enter all the sites yourself.

I believe Internet Explorer 7 will make your life easier when its officially
release as it will have a content filter built in with a security password.

For the time being to make your life easier I would look at programs like
Net Nanny.

Thank you! I tried blocking myspace using the restricted site in IP before I
posted and it did not work???

consider limiting his/her access to it.
