blocking popups

I have a message in bottom left corner of screen that
says "popup blocked". Sometimes I want to send the
popup. How do I find where to change the setting for
that. Is that message a part of IE6.0? Thanks for your
help.

That message is NOT from IE, check your pop-up blocker options.

Try RUN
msconfig
Look at the startup menu

You might have a blocker installed on your system without knowing
about it.
