Please someone help me with this.

In order to help you, we'd need some more details.
Does that "for some reason it wont let me." mean that nothing happens at all
when you try? Does it mean that you get an error message (if so it would
really help us to include it here).
Does it mean your computer catches fire and you have to unplug it from the
wall and pour water over it?
- or something else?

Are you running any special security software - if so, have you checked to
see that isn't blocking the site?

Have you checked your ISP isn't blocking the site?

nslookup does not help here. nslookup just asks your dns-server for the IP
of the domain. If you want to know if you reach the site type "ping
www.runescape.com". Also do a "tracert www.runescape.com" and maybe a
"pathping www.runescape.com".
You will see which route your packets take around the world to the server,
and maybe you will see where the problem is.
