I don't have OL2003 in front of me at the moment, but Tools | Rules Wizard
(or Rules & Alerts, I forget) | New Rule...there is a wizard to walk you
thru it. Just make sure under criteria you select "With specific words in
the message body" (or something like that) and under actions you tell it to
Delete the messages.
You'll also want to click the "Specific words in the message..." and enter
the phrases you want it to check for. It's pretty simple to do.
For your first pass rather than having it Delete those messages it might be
safer if you choose to have them moved to your Junk E-mail folder...until
you're confident that it's not accidentally catching messages you want.
