Blocking e-mails

I know how to add to junk mail list, but, I want to avoid
going into the deleted items and permanently deleting
them. Is there any way I can just block a specific
address and never have to see or deal with it?
 
Yes, create a custom rule for that address to delete the
messages permanently.
