Blocking certain Website

I have the most current MS Antispyware installed on my home PC's, since doing
so I believe it is blocking one of my hosted sites on the internet. If anyone
else has been having this problem please e-mail and let me know.
 
MSAS doesn't block access to any sites.

Did you run a scan and remove somethings from the system?
