"BlockedRefferer is undefined" error occurs,no MSN Video

When MSN Video loads, "BlockedRefferer is undefined" error always
occurs, no MSN Video ever. Anybody else with this problem and how fix?
Any suggestions appreciated.

What happens when you disable your software firewall? Some are
configured (or can be configured if not the install-time default) to
block Referrer. This tells a page from where you came from (i.e., what
was the prior domain that you came from). Some sites demand that you
provide referrer when navigating through their site because they want
their pages only displayed by their other pages and don't want someone
to link straight into a particular page.
 
The solution to the problem stated below (for me) was to reset
ZoneAlarm Pro to it's default settings. Thank you for replying !
