blocked setup.exe file

I have a zipped file for Cakewalk, a midi to music sheet software, which
dates back to 1992 or so. It works on other computers without SP2, but the
setup.exe file is blocked when I unzip it in SP2. I know the file is clean.
However, when I rightclick on the file in the archive, I don't have the
properties checkbox to unblock it... why? How do I get SP2 to allow to run
this file?

Try runing the .exe file in Compatibility mode (W95, for example).
