blocked pop-up windows

Help please. Within the last few weeks I have begun
noticing that IE6 is blocking a lot of pop-up windows.
Well, actually all of them. I am getting a message in
the status bar along with a sound notification. I am
running XP Home with all current available updates and
IE6 (6.0.2800).

I also use Zone Alarm and have tried disabling that with
no help. According to microsoft.com this will be a new
feature in the upcoming SP but noting I have done as of
yet has helped (This includes adding the web sites to my
trusted zone and setting all security to low [I have
reset this already]).

If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated.

it doesn't sound like IE is blocking, maybe zone alarm
though. you can uninstall it, and reinstall if its not
the problem. i use outpost little easyer to work with.
