blocked outlook email

after sending an email with mult TIFF files, the outbox
still contains the message 2 days later and am unable to
delete the message and send new emails.When trying to
delete, message states that transmission is in progress
and cannot delete. Please advise
 
You probably exceeded your ISP/host's max message size - TIFF files are
huge, normally.

What version of Outlook are you using?
