blocked cookies

my computer is telling me that i have to UN block the cookies on my computer
to continue, can anyone tell me how to do that.

Cookies are enabled by the browser. To see how to do that for the browser
you're using, open the browser, go to Help, and search for "enable cookies"
(on Internet Explorer) or just "cookies" (on FireFox).
