blocked attachment

Outlook has blocked a file.exe attachment that was sent to me. Is there any
way to
unblock this attachment? I will be reciving a lot of these attachments via
the e-mail so i have to get rid of the block, please help.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
