block some users form net access

I am trying to find out how to block some users from getting on the internet
at my company. Some users need access to the net and some do not . We are
running xp pro I looked at group policy and did not see where to disable
access for some users. Can someone Please help

Are you using DHCP? or a firewall? If so you can assign an ip address using
mac address's or statically assigning them and then only allowing those
address's through your firewall.
