how can i block a domain or sender in outlook 2000 without downloading any
msg from that sender.

Dear,
Which mail system are u using, if Exchange then tell your admin to block the
sender, otherwise create a rule in outlook to direct a specific senders
message to deleted items. if your using and ISP based SMTP/POP then ask your
ISP to block the sender from the website itself.
