Block PopUps

Bill Pop

When My "Block PopUps" option is turned "ON", I can not
connect with any URL via Hyperlinks. This Happens from
both Outlook Xpress and Int. Explorer.
Can anybody tell me why and if I can solve the problem?
I would like to have the block on...

This needs to be resolved by looking at the features
of the application you are using as "Block PopUps"
since it is not part of XP.
 
Try the new google toolbar. It blocks popups for free and works really
nice.
