Block Outgoing mail to certain e-mail ids.

Hi All ,

My company uses outlook XP to communicate with its clients. Now the probelm
in front of me is that I want to block outgoing mail to certain e-mail ids
or domains(if possible) . How this can be done?

When I click on e-mail address ,the new mail window pop ups with tht e-mail
id in " TO" , is there any way that along with email id it shows "Do NOT
MAil" warning or warning in any form ?

Are you using an Exchange server? If yes, what version? You can set
allowed domains on Exchange.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
