block .dll query

how I block a .dll query. when I start a dos based program, windows is ask a
question for a .dll. I don't install its (dll's) program because i have not
got it.

Sounds like you aren't going to run that dos based program. You can
locate a copy of the dll file on the internet, (www.google.com) and
install it, and then the program can run, or you can get a Windows
compatible program and use that instead.
