Block all emails except...

Is it possible to block all emails, or send them to the junk email
folder, except the ones from Contacts?

If you're using OL2003 you can set the Rules Wizard to use only your 'Safe'
lists which can include all your contacts.
 
Hi,
I found it on Outlook 2003 (Sender is in "specified" address book). But
I don't see that option in Outlook 2000 or 2002. Is it possible in
those versions?

Thanks alot.
 
2002 has a condition for "sender is in specified address book" but 2000
doesn't.
